After working closely with them for getting my boxes designed and printed just the way I loved, finally the boxes got manufactured and they shipped my 500 boxes to me with expected delivery within a week. 4 days after the shipping date, the truck of courier company arrived at my doorsteps and the delivery guy just pushed the boxes off the truck on my passage way damaging the outer shipping box badly! I knew this would have destroyed my newly made boxes inside and I was right, half of the boxes were bent or damaged to the extent they became unusable. That evening I got a call from the sales agent of Emenac Packaging inquiring about the recently delivered boxes, I explained everything to him and he felt sorry for what was done but, it was not their fault. Surprisingly, I got another call from their shipping department stating they were shipping new batch of 200 boxes as a replacement of damaged boxes and they were using some other courier company this time to ensure safety. I was dazzled and inquired if it was a paid job but, I was told they had extra 200 boxes from the first job that they are shipping now without any additional cost. Thank you very much Emenac Packaging for sending those extra boxes! You saved me a lot of money and headache! Your services are incredible and you are really the best in box manufacturing industry.
