Simon was professional in his work and assist me in correcting the design of my box because I made a mistake in logo replacement, and even though it was my error, he helped me out to replace the company logo at right spot, let me choose the color scheme from their gallery, shipped my boxes in time, and the customer service was super nice. My hair care product was in liquid form preserved in a delicate glass bottle. I discussed it with Andrew and he suggested that I go for a foam insert before packaging these bottles in any box. And now, not only do these inserts provide protection, they’ve made my items a luxury to have as well. Great work!
