We luckily found Emenac Packaging and spoke to one of their agent ‘Mark’ who understood our requirements and gave enough information to make a decision. He provided us the options of box designs to choose from. We selected one and asked him to suggest further customization. Mark guided us throughout the way until we got the sample design. We really liked the sample after checking it thoroughly and made an order on the spot. On promised time, we received our order, all boxes were printed perfectly, logo aligning and the quality is top notch. The team of at Emenac Packaging is truly professional and they know everything about the boxes they are going to manufacture! I already had my design ready and contacted Emenac Packaging for getting my boxes printed with my provided design and requested a quote. I got a call back from one of their representative, Ethan, with the price quote within 2 hours and he mentioned a design flaw that would have resulted in a cropped text from die cutting. They offered to fix it free of cost and sent me the finalized mockups with the corrected design and the boxes looked exactly the same. Proceeded with placing my order and he also kept me informed about the delivery status and finally received the boxes yesterday. I have to admit, the boxes are much better than the previous ones.
