The staff dealt with professionalism and maturity. Just after I placed my order I received email from Dianna who realized me that my fonts were too small and my jpeg needed to be a higher resolution. Then she had me on live chat where I had a conversation with manager of printing department where he helped me to get correct font size and artwork. This really impressed me thanks to Dianna who pointed out the error timely. 10/10 for customer service.
