I placed an order for boxes through Emenac packaging recently. I got perfectly printed boxes, looked great, the design was exactly what I wanted, and the website was very easy to navigate. But the main thing is, a day after placing my order I realized I forgot to mention my address on box design and was so worried, this hit me after a day, so I contacted their 24/7 live chat service. My representative name was Simon, he was so helpful, listened to my issue, explained everything properly, did the editing in my box design, and even sent me a sample again to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. This adjustment was free of charge and very easy. On top, this adjustment didn't push back the delivery date or anything. I am very pleased with their services!
